The sauce flavour is complex, it has many layers from all the ingredients in the paste that is then simmered with broth and coconut milk. It’s sweet, and it is quite rich. consisting of chicken, red curry paste, coconut milk,long bean, baby corn, bell pepper, tomato, kaffir lime leaves, coconut palm, sugar and fish sauce.
